Arsenal have been top of the table since matchday 15 back in November last year, but Manchester City’s win over Fulham at the weekend has meant that the Gunners’ title rivals have leapfrogged ahead of them.

Ironically, the game that led to Mikel Arteta’s side taking first place last time was a 1-0 win over Chelsea, and the same result on Tuesday night would restore their position as league leaders.

 

The Blues, under the management of Frank Lampard, have been in awful form, but it has to be said that Arsenal have been struggling badly recently as well.
