Ronaldo: Arteta warned against taking ‘Big Step Bag’ as January transfer window considerations emerge

Premier League legend Chris Sutton has warned manager Mikel Arteta against listening to the advice given by Piers Morgan to sign Man United star Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to Sutton, the Gunners will be taking a “big step back”and if they listen to the advice as he urged Arteta to keep Cristiano Ronaldo as far away from the team as possible.

Morgan had granted a 90mins interview to the veteran who is embattled at Old Trafford and suggested that the North London outfit will be confident of winning the league title if they sign the Portuguese international.

Sutton, a Premier League champion with Blackburn Rovers, believes the complete opposite would happen, claiming that Ronaldo’s ego and personality would clash with the strong team ethos that Arteta has built at the Emirates.
