GOOD NEWS! Arsenal Ready to CONFIRM two deals this week

Balogun to Tottenham
Tottenham have reportedly identified Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun as a possible replacement for Harry Kane.
According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Balogun has emerged as an option to replace Kane at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. As well as mentions to Dusan Vlahovic, Gift Orban and Mehdu Taremi, it’s suggested that Balogun is keen for a chance in the Premier League having only made two appearances prior.
It remains to be seen how much of an interest Tottenham actually have in Balogun. There are also doubts over Balogun’s stance of switching the red side of north London to white having come through the Hale End academy.
Raya move confirmed
Brentford manager Thomas Frank has confirmed David Raya’s transfer to Arsenal. The Spaniard is on the verge of becoming a Gunners player on an initial loan with an option to make the move permanent for £27million, football.london understands.
Raya’s family and agents have been spotted at the Emirates Stadium watching Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest on Saturday – suggesting the Gunners are set to announce the signing of the Spain international very soon.
Speaking ahead of Brentford’s clash against Tottenham on Sunday, Frank told Sky Sports: “Of course it is a challenge. We lose our best striker and one of our best players, and we lose a fantastic goalkeeper in David – two of our best players in the last two or three years.”
Double Monaco swoop
Monaco are plotting a double transfer swoop to sign Arsenal stars Folarin Balogun and Albert Sambi Lokonga, according to Sacha Tavolieri.
The Gunners have already rejected a bid from the French outfit for Balogun football.london understands. Monaco are keen to bring in a striker after Swiss forward Breel Embolo suffered an ACL injury in pre-season. They are among a number of teams interested in Balogun, though.
Monaco are also interested in signing Lokonga.
