GOOD NEWS: Arsenal in pole position to sign €80m-rated England international

Mikel Arteta has transformed Arsenal into a team that can compete with the best for trophies. And they are set to strengthen their midfield by paying €134m to sign Declan Rice in the summer. England international has been on the radar of many big clubs in the PL.
But as of now, the Gunners are leading the battle to land him at the club. The Spanish manager’s team is all set to feature in the Champions League next campaign. They will be fighting for all the trophies out there. And signing the 24-year-old midfielder will surely bolster their squad and help the Gunners win big.
The English midfielder joined West Ham United’s youth academy back in 2013 from Chelsea. The Englishman has come through the ranks at West Ham United and is currently their skipper. Rice is a leader on the pitch. Declan is amongst the best defensive midfielders in the world.
Rice has great defensive awareness and can dictate the pace of a game with his ball distribution. Declan has played over 200 games for the club. Rice has featured in 27 matches in the ongoing campaign and has put in some great displays at the centre of the park.
Declan wants to take the next step in his career by joining a Champions League club and West Ham United are likely to let him leave. But, they will only let him go on their terms. However, signing Rice won’t be that easy a task.
