ALMOST DONE: Arsenal keen to seal mega-money Declan Rice, Kai Havertz deals

Arsenal are looking to complete deals for midfielder Declan Rice and forward Kai Havertz in transactions that could cost over £160m, according to journalist Florian Plettenberg.
The Gunners have identified West Ham midfielder Rice and Chelsea forward Havertz as priority targets and they have managed to agree personal terms with both players already, with both keen to move to the Emirates Stadium.
West Ham rejected a bid of around £80m for Rice from the Gunners and are said to be holding out for a fee of around £100m for the England international. Similarly, Chelsea have slapped a £75m price tag on Havertz, who has two years left on his contract at Stamford Bridge.
Arsenal are keen to avoid any mishaps and close the deal for both players in the coming days as more suitors are beginning to appear for both players.
Arsenal news: Declan Rice and Kai Havertz latest developments
Multiple reports indicate that Arsenal have offered acceptable terms to Havertz to tempt him to move to the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners are also set to make a bid of £60m to Chelsea, according to The Guardian.
In the case of Rice, the Gunners are set to make an improved bid to secure the signing of the 24-year-old midfielder. They will be hopeful that the Hammers will agree to sell their captain to them.
Havertz is attracting interest from multiple clubs this summer after issuing a come-and-get-me plea. Real Madrid have been priced out of a move but Bayern Munich remain interested and are waiting in the wings for any developments.
Manchester City are keeping an eye on Rice and may swoop in to secure the player this summer. West Ham are hopeful of sparking a bidding war between City and Arsenal for the midfielder.
